Permanent jewelry is a type of jewelry (typically a bracelet, anklet, necklace, or ring) that is welded to itself so it doesn’t have a clasp. Our permanent jewelry is created using high-quality materials meaning it can go wherever you go!
Each chain and charm in our inventory is either 14-18K yellow or rose gold filled or Sterling Silver. All of our jewelry is high-quality, meaning it can go wherever you go (think: swimming pool, ocean, sand, shower, etc) and it won’t rust or tarnish!
NOPE! It is a pain-free process! The welder is manufactured to react with metal only. If your hand or hair touches the welder, nothing will happen. When we weld a piece of jewelry, all you will feel is a puff of air on your skin.
We do ask you to avert your eyes or wear safety glasses to shield your eyes from the burst of light that occurs briefly during the welding process.
We are happy to re-weld your jewelry! Bring the original chain (or even a chain previously welded by another permanent jeweler) to any of our public events and we can re-weld for $20.
If your jewelry breaks at the weld point up to 24 hours after it is welded, send us a picture of the broken chain at luxurylinksbymandy@gmail.com. We will fix the weld at our next public event at no charge to you.
Our 14-18K Gold Filled, Rose Gold Filled, and Sterling Silver jewelry is built to last. If taken care of properly, your jewelry should last 3+ years!
You can use a mild soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. We do recommend keeping your jewelry away from harsh chemicals and avoiding using rough textures like Scotch Bright or Magic Erasers to clean.
You don’t need to take it off at the airport! TSA allows you to wear fine jewelry through security.
When it comes to MRIs or surgery, check with your doctor. If you do need to take it off for a medical procedure, simply snip the jump ring (the circle we welded for you) with scissors or pliers, and we can re-weld back on later for $20.
